Pineapple Paneer Fried Rice is a kind of improvised vegetarian fried rice with sweet and sour task because of Pineapple. To make it protein rich here we are adding Paneer as well along with vegetables and Pineapple. To make it more interesting, we need to make sure we are using the sweet Pineapple. This is one of the healthy options for Lunch or Dinner. Pineapple Paneer Fried Rice is kind of new innovation to bring in the fried rice dish.

Ingredients:

  1. Pineapple—–100 gms
  2. Paneer —— 100 gms
  3. Steamed Rice ——- 250 gms.
  4. Onion —— 1/2 medium size (Finely Chopped)
  5. Green Bell Pepper 1/2 Piece.
  6. Red Bell Pepper 1/2 Piece.
  7. Spring Onion — ½ Cup.
  8. Salt to — taste.
  9. Lemon —- 1/2 piece.
  10. Green Chilli   2 pieces(Finely Chopped).
  11. Cooking oil — 2 tbs.
  12. Black Pepper Powder—-1/2 tsp.
  13. Garlic           2 tbs(Finely Chopped).
  14. Soya Sauce —- 1 tbs.

Step by Step preparation of Pineapple Paneer Fried Rice

  1. Heat a pan and add 1/2 tsp oil into it.
  2. once the oil get hot add paneer cubes and shallow fry for 2-3 min or till they become little brown in color . Keep it aside
  3. now take a heavy bottom large pan and put it on stove add oil to heat.
  4. once oil gets hot add chopped garlic and green chili cook them for 30-40 sec.
  5. Add chopped onion and cook it for 2-3 min or till become translucent.
  6. now add red and green bell peppers and cook it for 1 min.
  1. Add Pineapple and cook for 1 min along with all the vegetables.
  2. Now add salt and black paper powder and fried paneer into it and give a stir.
  3. Now add soya sauce and cook for another one min on high flame.
  4. Add steamed rice and mix it well with all ingredients we have in the pan.
  5. when all things will mix together squeeze lemon juice and give a good stir.
  6. Add some chopped green onion and our dish is ready to serve.
  7. Garnish with some pineapple chunks.
  8. Serve hot for great taste.

Important Tips: To make tasty and authentic Pineapple Paneer Fried Rice, we need to make sure that Pineapple is sweet and rice is not over cooked.
