Pyaz Pakora: Pakora, also called pakoda, pakodi, fakkura, bhajiya, bhajji or ponako, is a fried snack (fritter). Originating from the Indian subcontinent, it is a popular snack across the Indian subcontinent, especially in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Nepal. Out of all the Pakora’s Pyaz Pakora is very famous and common for evening snacks.
Ingredients:
1.Onion 2 medium size(Finely Chopped)
2.Gram Flour 150gms
3.Green Chilli 1-2 Piece(Finely Chopped)
4.Ginger 1/2tsp(Finely Chopped)
5.Green Coriander 2tbs(Finely Chopped)
6.Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp.
7.Red chilli Powder 1/2tsp.
8.Cumin Powder 1/2tsp.
9.Carom Seeds 1/2tsp.
10.Cooking Oil (For Frying Pakora)
11.Salt per taste
12.Water as per needed.
Step by Step preparation of Pyaz Pakora
Take a bowl and add chopped onion, beshan, cumin powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger, green chilli and salt.
Mix it well without adding water to it.
Once all the ingredients get mixed add water as per requirement.
Now take a frying pan and add cooking oil to it.
Heat the oil properly and add the Pakora to it.
Fry the pakora till it turns golden brown on medium flame.
Pakora is ready for serving
Serve the Pakora with green chatni or sauce.
Important Tips: To make the Onion Pakora tasty and delicious, we need to use minimum water.
