Peanut chutney is a mildly spicy chutney side dish, originating from the Indian subcontinent, that can be used with several snack foods and breakfast foods. Peanuts are dry roasted sometimes little oil is also used and ground with green chilies or dry chilies or a combination of both, some salt and little garlic can be added for flavor. All the ingredients are ground in a mixer (blender) with some water. After diluting this chutney to required consistency, it can be served. Peanut chutney is good to go as a side dish with Paneer Paratha, idly, dosa of all types, rotte, punugulu of all types, pakoda and many other snack foods and breakfast foods.
Ingredients:
Peanut 100 gms
Green Chilli 2 pieces.
Garlic 2-3 pieces.
Salt to taste
Water as needed.
Step by Step preparation of Peanut Chutney
Dry Roast the Peanut and peel it out.
Take a blender jar, put in peanut with all other ingredients.
Add water as needed and blend it into a smooth paste.
Peanut Chutney is ready to serve.
